Indian Meterological Department: Indian Meterological Department issued warning of the day. Major states in India are expected to face severe heatwaves for following days. Bihar, West Bengal, Sikkim, Telangana and East Jharkhand are about to experience temperature rise and heatwave. As per the report by MET India heatwave will likely to continue till June 9, light rain showers are expected from June 10, weather report. Heatwave in these areas started from today 5 June till 9 of June. Indian Meterological Department mentioned severe heatwave impact only in Bihar. It is advised to avoid heat exposure, stay cool and cover your head when going out.

Coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh will also experience heatwave, as per IMD report. heatwave in the coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh has been started from 5ty June which is going to continue till 7th June. Another update is Vidarbha and South East Uttar Pradesh is expected to experience heatwave from 7th June to 9th June. South West Uttar Pradesh is also expected to face heatwave weather from 8th June to 9th June.
Looking into the warm weather expectations, IMD issued advisory to be safe from heatwave. Avoid heat exposure, wear light colour clothes, avoid synthetic clothes. Avoid unimportant going out during peak afternoon hours.
