Uttar Pradesh, India: Gautam Budh Nagar and Gaziabad district in U.P have been recording low peak in Covid Cases after high in the third week of April. As of Sunday, Gaziabad recorded 12 Covid- 19 Cases counting the total active cases into 69. Afterwards, 27 people have been recovered from the virus in past in Gaziabad. As per the latest reports the district currently has four hospitalisations.
According to Dr. Amit Kumar the surveillance officer of GB Nagar, "the number of Covid cases is expected to decrease futher in the coming days". |
14 news Covid Cases have been recorded in the Gautam Budh Nagar district, as of Sunday. While 51 patients recovered from the virus in the district in past few days. Currently the Gautam Budh Nagar district has 113 active cases in Covid-19 while there are 8 hospitalisation in the district at present. As per the health officials revealed that currently, consistent testing of 1,000 to 2,000 is being conducted every day.
According to Dr. Amit Kumar the surveillance officer of GB Nagar, "the number of Covid cases is expected to decrease futher in the coming days". The surveillance officer added " the declining in cases is mainly due to most people are recovering from Covid-19 cases after completing home isolation for 7 days".
Afterwards 2020, GB Nagar has reported 493 Covid fatalities while Gaziabad Covid has seen 475 life loss due to Covid-19, as per the latest records. In spite of declining in Covid-19 cases health officials of the districts urging citizens to follow all the Covid-19 protocols by wearing mask, keeping social distancing at crowded area and maintaining hand hygiene to be protected from potential third wave. The Uttar Pradesh government is also taking crucial actions to ramping up its vaccination drive to inculcate each and every citizens possible, with a target to vaccinate all eligible adults by the end of 2023.
