Big Unveiling in Atiq Ahmad Murder Case: Delhi's Underworld Nexus to Gangster Turn Politician Assassination

20 April 2023, New Delhi: A recent shooting investigation has revealed some shocking links between the Delhi underworld and criminal activities in the country. According to the interrogation with one of the shooter, they have confessed something very important information relating to the murder case of Atiq and Ashraf Ahmad.

The shooters revealed in the interrogation, they were inspired to be like Lawrence Bishnoi

 The 23 years shooter Sunny, hailing from Hamirpur, confessed, the ammunition used in attack was obtained from contacts of the infamous "Jitendra Gogi Gang" based in Delhi. As per the sources the gang was planning a major incident in the National Capital Region, in Delhi. However the gang leader shot dead in Rohini court in September 2021.

In the interrogation with Sunny, he revealed that Babar of Kanpur was also linked with the Gogi Gang. As per media reports, the gang is known for manufacturing weapons and sourcing them from Punjab. 

In further interrogation with the shooter, it was also revealed that the three assailants involved in the murder of Atiq and Ashraf, were aspired to be like Lawrence Bishnoi. For the unversed, Lawrence Bishnoi is the person behind the death of Sidhu Moose Wala.

The murder of the mafia-turned politician Atiq Ahmad and Ashraf Ahmad again highlighted the dangerous links between criminal gangs and politics. The assailants, in the murder of the Atiq and Ashraf had found to have link with the "Jitendra Gogi Gang" as per the interrogation between one of the shooters.
