Eknath Shinde Announced Compensation of Rs 5 Lakh to the Victims of Bhiwandi Building Collapse

Bhiwandi Building Collapse, Mumbai: Huge building collapsed in Thane, Mumbai on Saturday afternoon. Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde announced compensation of Rs 5 Lakh to the family of the victims. In the accident four people lossed their life while trapped under the building debris. While one trapped man rescued after 18 hours rescue operation by the disaster response forces on today.

On Saturday, 29 April 2023, a three storey warehouse building in Bhiwandi collapsed in the Thane district of Mumbai, Maharashtra.  The frightening accident caused the death of four people  and many got injured. On today, one man rescued by the forces. Contrary to the accident, CM Eknath Shinde showed condolences to the family of the victims. While the Chief Minister also announced the compensation of Rs 5 Lakh. 

The state Industry Ministry of Maharashtra has initiated a special committee by the district collector to counter and investigate the allegations case that is the politians and government officials have bought land near the proposed refinery in the area of Ratnagiri district of Barsu-  Solgaon.
