As the board announced that TATA IPL 2023 matches will be commencing in twelve venue in the entire country. Cricket stadiums includes Narendra Modi Stadium for Gujarat. Arun Jaitley Stadium for Delhi Capitals. Eden Garden Stadiums fot Kolkata Night Riders.
As you can see in the list the first IPL match is between Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super. On 1st April 2023 there will be two rounds of IPL 2023 tournament. The second IPL match is between the (1st round) Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals and Lucknow Super Giants and Delhi(2nd round).
